Company formation |
The Limited Liability Company is the most common legal vehicle for conducting business activity in Poland. The entire registration process, however, takes from 8 to 10 weeks and requires a significant amount of time and effort. We provide outright legal and administrative assistance through all the stages of establishing a new company, including obligatory registrations with local reporting bodies. Upon completion of the process, we provide our clients with fully registered and ready-to-operate Polish legal entities.
Company formation step by step:
- Notarised Articles of Association
- Entry in the National Court Register
- Registration with Poland's Central Statistical Office (GUS) and obtaining a statistical number (REGON)
- Opening a company bank account
- Registration of a company address under a lease agreement
- Registration with the Tax Office and obtaining a Taxpayer's Identification Number (NIP)
- Registration with the Social Security Office (ZUS) upon employment of the first employee.
